Who We Are
The Respire Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation Health Intervention Center is a 501 (c)3 not-for-profit organization. This medical care and pulmonary rehabilitation center, a chapter member of the Georgia Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation is envisioned and established on the premise that all individuals should be afforded quality, optimal health care without consideration of financial affordability, race, ethnic background, or social status. We strive to reach multi-populations within the surrounding communities to provide medical care and pulmonary rehabilitation to the underserved. This state-of-the-art facility will be Certified through the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) and is a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC). The Respire Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation Health Intervention Center is a medically-supervised health clinic and therapeutic program designed to provide primary care intervention, enhance the treatment of chronic pulmonary disease, develop and improve chronic lung diseased patients exercise capacity, improve breathing tolerance, treat and improve affected asthmatics among the affected populations and improve the affected populations quality of life (QOL). The Respire Organization ultimate goal is to provide uptimal primary health care to the underserved, help restore pulmonary health, giving the highest quality-care to a population vastly affected who has limited health options.
Mission Statement
To bring back a proactive life to affected populations through recovery, hope, courage, and strength after a time of health difficulty. Our goal is to reach multi-populations within the surrounding communities and provide primary care and pulmonary rehabilitation to the underserved. We work to further provide cardio-pulmonary care intervention, education on public health issues and health well-being, follow-up screening, and health surveillance. We also seek to provide follow-up health services, health monitoring, and education to post-hospitalized and outpatient individuals, and create health awareness in populations through mediums of health education and empowerment.
