He is credentialed as a Doctor of Pharmacy, Registered Respiratory Specialist and Neonatal Pediatric Specialist. Dr. Raphael is a well-regarded New York City health care practioner, earning numerous accolades for his quality patient-centered care intervention and population chronic and infectious disease research.

Dr. Raphael graduated from Shenandoah University in Virginia and completed his training in New York City. Dr. Raphael is currently serving as the Director of Clinical and Family Pharmacy in Brooklyn, New York and practices as a Respiratory Specialist at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.
