The Respire Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center houses a pulmonary function testing lab (PFTL) led by the pulmonologist and the respiratory team who will conduct screening for pulmonary diseases. A complete medical profile must be provided by a recommending facility and appropriate sections of the medical record from the acute care process must be included.

Recommendations are made for admission to the rehab center after medical clearance is granted by a physician.
