Ms. Vonetta Richards completed her financial management studies at the Cornell University. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Ms. Richards, has over 15 years of financial accounting expertise within the hospital and outpatient care setting where she utilized her expertise to propel companies’ growth and make sound investment decisions that increased profitability.
She possesses critical financial expertise in management, budget integration, bank reconciliations, and business evaluation practice, posting cash of over $10 million in revenue. Her financial expertise extends to financial modeling proficiency to identify company risk factors and determine capital budget decisions, perform expense analysis, and complete complex federal and state account audits, analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
She has further served as treasurer for PTA boards and religious ministries alike. Her expertise in understanding organizations’ financial performance will allow her to integrate and formulate financial guidelines and principles to the Respire organization.
Equally important, Ms. Richards has spent over 28 years in serving the underserved population as a minister of community through her counseling and education work. Her continued passion for people will allow her to make sound financial decisions within the Respire organization.
Ms. Richards is willing to render service to underserved populations through the Respire Intervention organization to bring change clinically and financially.
